Track Rehabilitation Project, the 6th Phase: Bua Yai Junction-Nongkhai Section

Project scope :

The project aims to improve safety operation of the railway trains, to reduce its maintenance costs. Total 278 km of railway line to be rehabilitated stretches along the northeastern railway line from Bua Yai Junction to Nongkhai. Track rehabilitation includes replacing exiting railway track with the new BS100 A rail, replacing existing wooden sleepers with mono-block pre-stressed concrete sleepers. Track lifting to reinforcing existing ballasts and to improve railway track bed, and repairing automatic signal facilities along the route.

  • •  Supervised construction work includes track rehabilitation activities and associated civil works for track rehabilitation
  • •  Provided contract administration service includes review shop drawings, technical documents and all engineering submittals, review and evaluate contractor payment application, engineering review meeting, reporting, project document control, and coordinate with the project related parties.
