The project involves in construction of a modern concept shopping complex stands four stories high and covers 120,000 sq.m and features a one-level parking structure underneath the complex at ground level and outdoor parking at plaza level entrance totally 23,200 sq.m. The building structure is reinforced concrete with block interior / exterior walls and architectural metal roof.
This shopping complex consists of anchor store, retail spaces, multi-purpose hall, plaza, restaurants, supermarket, cinema theatres, fitness center and back of house. Associated site development includes site clearing, roadwork, walkways, storm drainage, retaining wall, site utilities and landscaping.

Pre-construction Period :

•  Provided the owner with a value engineering and constructability analysis
•  Assisted the owner with a project scheduling and preparing all project related documentation
•  Coordinated with all involved design disciplines of the project regarding progress of the design activities
•  Performed as a center for integrating all project information and design related issues
•  Assisted in obtaining required date and other field maters relating to the design and construction project
•  Assisted in the contractor prequalification and bidding processes
