Project scope :
The project aims to construct the new 3-story Chancellery building with gross area of 3,000 sq. m, and 300 sq. m of single story Facility building, including detailed design for the renovation of existing ambassador’s residence and landscaping.
Accomplishments :
- • Carried out the detailed design with close coordination with the Dutch designer team
- • Conducted contractor prequalification and bid assessment
- • Provided construction supervision and management services during the construction course
