The project involves construction of the deluxe class condominium comprising 30-storey condominium tower for 73 suites and central facilities including 3-underground car parking, swimming pool, penthouse unit on the roof top with its total of gross floor area 23,000 sq.m Structure of the Building is reinforced concrete with the precast concrete panel for its exterior cladding.
