The project aims to construct Ground Support Equipment (GSE) facility which will serve as a maintenance facility for Thai Airways. The GSE, located in the northern part of Suvarnabhumi International Airport, consists of seven buildings i.e. a 33,000 sq.m single storey GSE Maintenance Workshop, a 35,000 sq.m seven-storey parking facility, a 4,300 sq.m Auditorium and Canteen building, a 8,600 sq.m Aircraft Cabin Article and Ramp Operation office building, a 3,600 sq.m ULD and Cabin Equipment Maintenance Workshop , and a 6,300 sq.m Remote GSE Maintenance Workshop.

• •  Developed conceptual design and detailed design of architectural, structural and M&E systems
• •  Developed and prepared construction schedule and technical specifications
• •  Assessed existing site conditions, conducted subsoil investigation for the design of ground improvement for roadway and parking lot area which the installation of cement columns was applied
• •  Assisted client in preparing construction and technical specifications, tender documents and construction cost estimates
