Project scope :

The project aims to develop a 620 km highway route runs along the west coast of Thai gulf as well as to promote tourist campaign, including to develop the road network to the several tourist attraction along the west coast. The project includes develop the design of 2-traffic lane asphalt paving with 2.00 m wide shoulder on both sides that are aesthetically compatible with the surrounding, widening of existing bridge to accommodate the new road, and provide road safety facilities, i.e. traffic sign board and street lighting. Other associated road facility includes rest area, walkway, scenery point. And landscape improvement.

Accomplishments :
  • •  Conducted site survey to obtain information and update various design elements
  • •  Conducted a preliminary evaluation of existing environment and surrounding condition to determine the route alignment
  • •  Assessed the reasonableness of the construction budget and schedule, as related to overall project requirement
  • •  Participated in the preparation of design development drawings and cost estimates for each improvement package
