The project comprises construction of Landside Road System which is divided into 4 contract packages:

Package 1 – Passenger Terminal Elevated Access (LRP) – consists of the elevated highways linking between Passenger Terminal frontage roads and elevated highways, 3.4 km long of elevated highway include:

• •  Two sections of parallel 5-lane elevated highway
• •  Access loops and ramps
• •  Surface water drainage systems, signage and marking, street lighting

Package 2 – At-Grade Roads, South & North East Approach Bridges (LRA) – include:
• •  Two multi-span bridges
• •  27 km asphalt concrete at-grade roads
• •  140,000 Sq m. of car parking area,
• •  Parking and traffic control system
• •  Surface water drainage systems, signage, road marking, fence, gates, street lighting.

Package 3 – Airside Road Tunnel (LRT) – an airside road tunnel connecting to the East and West Supporting Zone, include
• •  1.2 km long reinforced concrete access ramp, 12 m wide with RC retaining walls on both sides
• •  500 m long tunnel, 12 m wide by 5 m deep
• •  Surface water drainage systems, signage and marking, street lighting.

Package 4 – Landscape Works (LRL) – consist of the landscaping of all public access roads, include:
• •  East-West Main Service Access Road
• •  East & West Main Service Access Road to the Main Terminal Building
• •  Elevated Passenger Access Roads
• •  South Access Roads;

Provided construction supervision services include:
• •  Assisted in construction coordination and integration of work plans
• •  Reviewed, commented and approved construction related submittals 
• •  Monitored construction activities to ensure compliance with the contract, approved procedures, plans and specifications 
• •  Monitored contract compliance with quality control inspection
• •  Evaluated and certified contractor payment applications
