Project scope |
The project comprising construction of Big-C Supercenter
Bang Na spreaded over 15 rais of land and is divided
into 2 parts, i.e. 2-storey supercenter contain shopping
plaza and retail areas, a roughly 15,000 sq.m. on
each floor. Parking facility is provided on ground
floor and an underground. From the rear of the building
provided an area of office, stock, loading and cooling
system. Building was mostly clad with precasted concrete
walls. Gross floor area of the building was 60,000
sq.m. |
| Accomplishments |
- Close collaboration and communication between
the client, designers and MAA team resulted the
steadily flow of construction activity with minimum
delays
- Reviewed and evaluated technical documents and
shop drawings
- Reviewed and advised regarding change orders
- Supervised and adjusted construction activities
to comply with schedule and budget
- Monitored progress of construction work to
comply with master schedule
- Fulfilled the client requirement of the Project
Opening date, the team worked double shifts and
on weekend
- Successfully managed final clean up and hand
over process before the Operation department move-in
date
