| Project scope : |
The project aimed at development of the new main plant in order to increase its production capacity of polyester fabric. The new facility comprises fiber spinning plant, manufacturing facility plants, warehouse, PTA silo, tank farm and utility system buildings. Plant and facility’s structure are mainly steel structural frame. Civil work includes internal roadway, storm drainage and waste water treatment system.
MAA was engaged for providing detailed design and construction supervision services of the project including all architectural and engineering work. |

- During design phase, conducted study, analysis and develop detailed design, construction specifications and cost estimates
- During construction phase, supervised field engineering works, monitored construction progress, reviewed and certified payment applications, change orders, coordinated and scheduled the machines installation
