Project scope |
Gross floor area 23,000 sq.m. of the deluxe class
condominium comprising 30-storey condominium tower
for 73 suites and central facilities including 3-underground
car parking, swimming pool, penthouse unit on the
roof top. Structure of the Building is reinforced
concrete with the precast concrete panel for its exterior
cladding. |
