Project scope |
The project included detailed design of architectural,
structural, electrical, mechanical, civil and other
supporting facilities. Gross area 90,000 sq.m. of
Ground Support Equipment (GSE) will serve as a maintenance
facility for the Thai Airways. The GSE, located in
the northern part of Suvarnabhumi International Airport,
consists of seven buildings i.e. a 33,000 sq.m. single
storey GSE Maintenance Workshop, a 35,000 sq.m. seven-storey
parking facility, a 4,300 sq.m. Auditorium and Canteen
building, a 8,600 sq.m. Aircraft Cabin Article and
Ramp Operation office building, a 3,600 sq.m. ULD
and Cabin Equipment Maintenance Workshop , and a 6,300
sq.m. Remote GSE Maintenance Workshop. |
| Accomplishments |
- Developed conceptual design and detailed design
of architectural, structural and M&E systems.
- Developed and prepared construction schedule
and technical specifications
- Assessed existing site conditions, conducted
subsoil investigation for the design of ground
improvement for roadway and parking lot
area which the installation of cement
columns was applied.
- Assisted client in preparing construction and
technical specifications, tender documents and
construction cost estimates.
