Project scope |
The project comprised construction of 2-storey
building contained shopping and retail areas on ground
floor and 2nd floor with the total salable area 15,000
sq.m. Parking area is provided both indoor and outdoor
to accommodate up to 800 cars. Main equipment of mechanical
and electrical systems is located on ground floor
and partially on mezzanine floor. For the rear part
of the building, area on the second floor is provided
for goods storage, including loading and receiving
areas. Building is covering with metal sheet roofing,
with array of skylights that’s allow natural
light shine through inside. Exterior of the building
is wrapped with precast concrete wall panel. Gross
area of the project is 36,000 sq.m. |

the client, designers and MAA team resulted the
steadily flow of construction activity with minimum
delays
- Reviewed and evaluated technical documents and
shop drawings
- Reviewed and advised regarding change orders
- Supervised and adjusted construction activities
to comply with schedule and budget
- Monitored progress of construction work to
comply with master schedule
- Fulfilled the client requirement of the Project
Opening date, the team worked double shifts and
on weekend
- Successfully managed final clean up and hand
over process before the Operation department move-in
date
